On Friday 26th of June room 1 and 2 set to work making wonderful kites from the recycled materials they had brought especially from home. The week before in the homework they had to research about kites and collect materials. In the middle block they got into groups of 2-4, some people went by themselves. Then they started to put all their ideas together on a piece of paper to create a plan. then when everyone had finished their plan they started on their kites. There was prizes for different categories like the most traditional, best plan and the most voted.

It was lots and lots of fun and we all enjoyed ourselves a lot.
