info on snails

snails move by using their body like waves so they they also push along with the back of it’s body so it can move along.

snails also move by gliding along with their strong foot and mucus underneath helps them slide along the rough ground. the mucus comes out the front of the foot called a gland.

the mucus helps the snail move when the snail moves the foot pushes and it makes these little ripples that make it move and the mucus helps it go over sharp objects. the ripples on the snail pushes it forward
