In the past year our school

decided to make double classrooms ...

moving

We were about to move out for the building work to start so we moved into the library on the first day of term three.

In the library we got a taste of what our new classroom was going to be like because room 1&2 were both in the library.

Experience

It was loud and squished in the library and hard to work because of the banging and drilling next door but it was amazing since I had never been in a classroom with two classes in it and two teachers.

How long were we in the library for

We were in the library for six weeks working like normal, and suddenly the day rolled around... Week 6 term 3 Monday the excitement was bubbling up inside everyone. There was ten helpers to help move all the stuff in the rest of the people were in other classes working on inquiry witch is on endangered species.

finally!

Finally we moved in. It was so much bigger and better than the library, Here is what a few people think of the new classroom -

Stella	I like that we get lots of different people to work with and there is breakout rooms where you can work quietly!
Ella	I like the fact that we have a bigger space to work in and that we can work more collaboratively.
Daniel	it is very echoy but there is lots of space.
Courtney	i like having our own cubbyholes for our bags and pencil cases.
Amy	it's big and loud.
